TANNING PROCESS

This stage involves the cleaning and tanning processes of the raw leather. Raw leather is obtained from the animal and undergoes procedures to remove hair, clean it, and enhance its durability through tanning. The tanning process involves treating the leather with chemicals to achieve the desired color and texture.
Sewing Stage
The leather is cut according to the desired dimensions of the products and then the sewing process begins. During the cutting stage, leather pieces are measured and cut. Subsequently, these pieces are assembled together for the sewing process. In this step, it's crucial for the stitches to be strong and for the leather pieces to be correctly joined.
Finishing
To achieve the desired appearance for the products, decoration and finishing processes are carried out. In this step, patterns can be engraved on the leather, embellishments can be added, or coloring processes can be applied. Afterwards, the products are finalized with finishing touches and undergo quality control.
Quality control is the final step to ensure that the products are flawless. Items that do not meet quality standards are either corrected or rejected.
